The Soup Cellar is a very busy place, and for a good reason. Our customers have come to depend on and trust the Soup Cellar for extra fresh foods and just plain old good taste. How do you make it taste so good? Many customers ask. We want you to know this is no accident as we work hard to bring you the best and freshest soups, salads and sandwiches. We insist on the freshest most wholesome ingredients. We hand wash and cut our own lettuce and vegetables. We use the best pit hams, oven roasted turkey breast and eye of the round roast beef for our sandwiches. Go ahead and "look under the hood" Notice the real meat (not pressed or formed) and fresh tomato and lettuce. Only real Swiss and Tillamook Cheddar Cheese®. It tastes good because it is good.

We believe in a basic principle, "Give and it shall be given back to you." The Soup Cellar has thus been blessed with a thriving business and has been able to help others; not just our employees, but others in the community and those outside our country. The Soup Cellar along with our other owned business, The Treasured Chest (a gift shop) now support 3 children in Ecuador through "Compassion International". We also donate over 10% of company profits to charity and community needs.
